Subtle System
Within each one of us there is a Subtle System composed of Nadis (channels) and Chakras (energy centers) that, despite being invisible to our eyes, is the one who truly regulates our entire physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual being. channel and each of the chakras have specific functions in our body and our well-being depends directly on their correct functioning. These chakras contain the qualities or spiritual principles that make us true human beings, and when we go against them they begin to function poorly and to be blocked, thus producing the different types of diseases that we usually suffer and that we generally attribute to causes external to ourselves. The Kundalini energy is what represents our spiritual potential, and when ascending through the central channel it balances and purifies all the chakras and channels. She makes us aware of our spirit.
Chakras
Mooladhara Chakra
The first chakra, Mooladhara, forms the basis of your entire subtle energy system. It represents eternal and indestructible qualities within you.
Kundalini
Your internal energy, or Kundalini, is a relaxing spiritual energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine. It is an expression of the pure desire to evolve and improve ourselves, something that we all possess.
Swadisthana Chakra
Swadhisthana, supplies energy for gray cells in the brain. It is the center of action. Every time you think and act, you use the energy of Swadhisthana
Nabhi Chakra
Nabhi, is responsible for digestive processes and metabolism. It works with Swadisthan and Void as an integrated unit that ensures a harmonious physiological environment in our body by controlling the abdominal organs.
Void
The Void is the space between our current consciousness and enlightened consciousness, which becomes blocked while we are still in a state of spiritual ignorance. When cleared, emptiness facilitates our “guru” principle, by which we can naturally discern what is necessary to keep us in a balanced state.
Anahata Chakra
The fundamental quality of the heart chakra is unconditional love, a selfless and detached love. It is not necessarily love for a partner, child or family.
Vishuddhi Chakra
The Vishuddhi chakra controls your communication skills. If you know someone who can say a few words that make everyone feel better in a desperate situation, they probably have a balanced Vishuddhi.
Agnya Chakra
The essence of this chakra is forgiveness. When we do not forgive, we hurt ourselves by unbalancing this chakra. A balanced Agnya chakra allows you to achieve thoughtless awareness or mental silence, so essential to rejuvenating meditation.
Sahasrara Chakra
The main quality of the Sahasrara chakra is integration and a sense of oneness with all the elements of the universe. It is through Sahasrara that we experience connection with all-pervading spiritual energy, with absolute truth.
Channels
Left Channel
The left channel relates to emotions, desires, and your connection to the past. And so every time you want something or use your emotions, your attention shifts to the left channel.
Your left energy channel begins at the first chakra (Mooladhara) and travels down the left side of your body, ending at the right side of your brain.
Central Channel
The central channel is the channel of balance and spiritual evolution. It is also called the middle way.
Your central channel of energy travels from the sacrum at the base of your spine straight up your spine to the final chakra (Sahasrara).
Right Channel
The correct channel is the channel of activity (both mental and physical) and the future. When you act according to your wishes, your attention moves to the correct channel.
Your right energy channel begins at the second chakra (Swadisthan) and travels to the right side of your body, ending at the left side of your brain.
